About this deal

Comparing this to the previous Nutragenics Drops of Youth Concentrate, we see that there are some broad similarities, but also some quite major differences.

I personally might use this more as a "cosmetic quick fix", since it does visually brighten the undereye, but I will probably prefer something more emollient for my eye cream. In the case of the Drops of Youth range, despite my concerns about alcohol, the range as a whole feels moisturizing, and didn't dry out my skin.Once inside the skin, it hydrates, but not from the outside - putting pure water on the skin (hello long baths! In addition to reducing the appearance of lines and wrinkles, Drops of Youth addresses dark circles and puffiness.

I don’t have a huge amount of lines around my eyes but I’ve noticed as I head towards 30 they are becoming more prominent, so I’m all for tackling them now before they really start to develop. An often used glycol that works as a solvent, humectant, penetration enhancer and also gives a good slip to the products. When I discovered the Drops of Youth Line , I became interested mostly because it sounded like an anti-aging solution.

What seems to be a true difference, though, is that the salt form is more stable, easier to formulate and cheaper so it pops up more often on the ingredient lists. My favourite product, obviously, is the Bouncy Sleeping Mask - not only is it super fun to play with because of its novel texture, it's also moisturizing but lightweight. For what it's worth, this version of the Bouncy Sleeping Mask is probably the same as the Nutragenics Bouncy Sleeping Mask that came out last year, since both products have identical ingredients lists. I can't tell if it would work because it peels off after application :( This was a huge disappointment as the rest of the Drops of Youth line is great. In fact, the tiny edelweiss plant is so resilient and powerful that its extract has 43% more antioxidant power than retinol.Similar to other emollient plant oils, it's loaded with nourishing fatty acids: oleic is the main component (55-83%), and also contains linoleic (3. Apart from manufacturer claims, edelweiss is traditionally known for and used for its soothing properties. While it's hard to tell, it could be indicative of a lower alcohol content, which means that given my preferences for less alcohol in my products, I definitely prefer the newer version. One pump and enough product comes out to apply under both eyes before using the roller ball tip to massage and cover the area before dabbing your ring finger lightly across to ensure it absorbs.
